In our sessions together, I take a holistic approach to consider your lifestyle, current eating habits, personal preferences around food and life, and will take into consideration your health history, current state, and short- or long-term goals. Together we’ll work to create a personalized and actionable plan to move your towards better health and harmony.

Session Details:
Initial Session (60 mins) - a deep dive into your health history, current state, your goals, and the creation of your health plan with actionable next steps.
*pre-requisite to any follow-ups.Follow Up (45 mins) - accountability check-ins, adjustments to your health plan and/or a deeper dive into areas of interest.
Wellness Bundle - the best way to really see change and forward movement is to build in accountability from the start. This bundle includes one initial session (60 mins), with 3 scheduled follow up sessions (45 mins each).

ABOUT
Kat is a holistic health coach with a background of studies in functional & integrative medicine, women’s health, herbalism, yoga and Ayurveda. Her health coaching practice focuses on nutrition and lifestyle practices to help her clients achieve lasting health and harmony. Her drive to get to the root of any issue is what feeds her holistic approach to working with individual clients.
Kat has been dedicated her whole life to self-study and self-reflection, namely through the lens of yoga, meditation and various inner-healing modalities. It’s with this foundation that she is able to meet each client with kindness, understanding and unconditional support, no matter where they are in their personal journey.
Education / Certifications
Kat holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology, as well as certificates in Holistic Health Counseling (CHHC), Ayurveda Nutrition, Yoga Teacher Training (E-RYT 200) and Functional & Integrative Medicine with a specialty in Women’s Health.
She is registered as a Holistic Health Practitioner with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
